Reclaimed Distillery Oak
Posted: January 21, 2019Within the next couple weeks, we’ll be unveiling our new line of White Oak Wood Wall Panels.
Authentic Bourbon Whiskey is aged to perfection over several years in 53-gallon new white oak barrels. Weighing over 350 pounds each, thousands of these barrels are commonly stored in massive wood-framed storage facilities on wooden racks known as ricks. Straight from the Heart of Bourbon Country, this reclaimed whiskey barrel wood now receives a new life as our Distillery Oak planks.
Our wooden whiskey barrel oak wall panels are kiln dried to 6-8% moisture content. Our reclaimed oak paneling comes in 3″, 4″, and 5″ widths packaged into 15.33 square feet of equal lineal footage of each width into easy-to-handle mini bundles.
