SKIPLAP
T&G on all 4 sides, zero waste, highest quality crafted cladding on the market. Our Skiplap, interlocking wood cladding, is available in 8 exclusive factory-finished colors.
DESCRIPTION:
Our Skiplap wood wall cladding is produced from salvaged and SFI Certified Douglas Fir and Beetle Killed Pine. Custom kiln dried to 6-8% moisture content. Unlike shiplap, our Skiplap is tongue and groove on all 4 sides for zero waste wall paneling that can be blind nailed. Graded to our 99% usable specifications and ready to install.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HISTORIC SHIPLAP AND OUR TONGUE & GROOVE SKIPLAP:
Shiplap, by definition, are “boards that have been milled so that the top and bottom of each piece has a rabbet joint, so they can be stacked as siding“. In a nutshell, salvaged shiplap wood wall boards rest on top of each other and overlap, while tongue-and-groove boards join together and interlock. Please inquire about our shiplap cladding today!

BEETLE KILLED PINE T&G
Highest quality, color, and character Beetle-Killed Pine on the market. Every board of our blue-pine wall paneling features tongue and groove on all 4 sides and graded to our 99% usable specs. It’s available unfinished or factory-prefinished with a 200-square-foot minimum order requirement.
DESCRIPTION:
Our Beetle Killed Blue Pine wall paneling is produced from 100% salvaged Ponderosa Pine trees killed by the Mountain Pine Beetle. We proudly produce the highest quality, most color, & character Beetle-Killed Blue Stained Pine on the market! The wide array of colors is all-natural as a result of a fungus from the Mountain Pine Beetle. Every tree is hand-picked in the forest and ranges from 100-400 years old. These salvaged wood wall boards are custom kiln dried to 6-8% moisture content, which minimizes any shrinkage after installation. Tongue & groove on all 4 sides, quality crafted, sanded, and factory prefinished. Every Blue Pine wood board is graded to our 99% usable specifications and ready to install. The perfect product for ceilings, walls, and creative wood projects.

Our pre-fab wood wall panels are produced from reclaimed wooden shipping pallets. Every recycled and reclaimed pallet wood wall panel is painstakingly dismantled, cleaned, defected, prefabricated, and graded to our 99% usable prefabricated panel specifications. Every board of our reclaimed wood wall paneling has a story; whether it sailed around the world viewing sites we only dream of, or traveling on a train, site-seeing the most remote areas in the U.S.
Prefabricated with 4 square feet of interlocking panels, our wooden wall panels fit together much like a puzzle piece. This rustic wood paneling for walls is perfect for the do-it-yourselfer or large-scale commercial project. Quick, clean, and easy installation.
With the appropriate tools, our 8’x10′ rustic wood paneling for walls can be completed in about an hour. Our Patent Pending interlocking and ship lap panel design reduces labor costs and installation time by up to 90%.

Whiskey barrels are stored on wooden “ricks” inside massive warehouses called rack houses. Straight from the Heart of Bourbon Country, these reclaimed hardwood warehouses and barns receive a new life as our part of Distillery White Oak wood wall panels.
DESCRIPTION:
Authentic Bourbon Whiskey is aged to perfection over several years in 53-gallon new white oak barrels. Weighing over 350 pounds each, thousands of these barrels are commonly stored in massive wooden warehouses built in the late 1800s. Now being torn down and rebuilt, we are fortunate enough to save a piece of U.S. Bourbon history. Straight from the Heart of Bourbon Country, these reclaimed Bourbon warehouses and barns now receive a new life as our Distillery Hardwood Wall Planks.
Kiln dried to 6-8% moisture content. 3″, 4″, 5″ widths packaged into 15.3 square feet easy-to-handle mini bundles. Graded to our 99% usable specifications and equal lineal feet of each width provide quick and easy installation.
