Our prefinished Knotty Pine tongue and groove ceiling and wall paneling consists of an engineered construction featuring a 4mm thick pine veneer laminated over Birch plywood. This is arguably the highest-quality Knotty Pine on the market. All voids are epoxy-filled before pre-finishing with our water-based UV-cured Aluminum Oxide finish. Our Knotty Pine ceiling and wall paneling is kiln-dried to 6-8% moisture content with tongue and groove on all four sides, and graded to our 99% usable specifications. The tongue-and-groove ends make our Knotty Pine paneling the perfect product for ceilings and walls since you don’t need to end each piece on a stud or rafter.
Our Knotty Pine tongue and groove boards are packaged in 17-square-foot boxes. A 200-square-foot minimum order is required unless picked up at our facility. We ship factory-direct anywhere in the U.S.A. Also, make sure to check out our prefinished Knotty Pine flooring.
